Go to Kaineng Center and look for the Imperial Quartermasters. There should be 3 of them. Trade your commendations to them for goods. Either 1, 3 or 5 for an item.

yea each region has Quartermasters that can trade something for something... its a nice feature I think. If you do the quests, you get requisitions or whatever... and you can use that for some free supplies.
Its worth noting that the only way to get Keys for the BEST chests in the game is to use these Quartermasters... StoneKey, Forbidden, and Jadekeys (I think) are only available from these guys. No merchant has em at all that I have seen. and by far these are the chests you want to find... The Obsidian Chests of Factions IMO... Forbidden Keys are for the palace area at end game... and the others are exclusive for the Elite Missions. SO either you need to be a guest of the controlling alliance and be allowed to go with them on a jaunt down there... OR you need to get control of a town to do it yourself. I still need to verify this someday to find out how it all works... I think if someone is in control of the town, they can form a party to go to the elite mission, go inside and talk to the guy, and pull the others with him. to the region. I may be wrong... Its not like its a map bip or something... Its more like talking to the Spirit to go to the Underworld, or Fissure of Woe. So it should be the same type of thing. It may be that you have to at least be a guest of the alliance to get this to work. Like I said I will have to get with one of them to find out one of these days... |
